1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging AirMedic USA for air ambulance or medical transport services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website and refrain from booking our services. These terms apply in addition to any separate service agreement signed at the time of transport.

2. Service Eligibility

Air medical transport services are provided based on a clinical assessment of patient condition, aircraft and crew availability, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements. AirMedic USA reserves the right to decline or reschedule a transport request where the patient's condition, weather, airspace restrictions, or other safety factors make the flight inadvisable, as determined by the medical and flight crew.

3. Booking & Dispatch

Requests for transport may be submitted via our 24/7 dispatch line, non-emergency phone line, or website contact form. Bookings made through the website contact form are not confirmed until acknowledged by our dispatch team. For true emergencies, requests must be made by phone, not through the website.

4. Crew Authority & Safety

The pilot-in-command and lead medical crew member retain final authority over all decisions affecting flight safety and patient care during a mission, including the right to delay, divert, or terminate a flight. This authority cannot be overridden by the patient, family members, or referring facility, and is exercised in accordance with FAA regulations and accepted medical transport protocols.

5. Payment Obligations

Patients, their representatives, or responsible parties are financially responsible for the cost of transport services, regardless of insurance coverage outcomes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Billing is processed following the completed mission, and applicable insurance claims will be submitted on the patient's behalf where authorization is provided. Outstanding balances are subject to the payment terms specified on the invoice.

6. Cancellations & Diversions

Once a mission has been dispatched, cancellation by the requesting party may result in a dispatch or cancellation fee to cover aircraft and crew mobilization costs. Missions diverted or aborted due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns identified by the crew will not be billed as a completed transport but may incur partial mobilization charges as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

7. Patient & Passenger Conduct

Patients, family members, and any accompanying passengers must comply with crew instructions at all times for safety reasons. AirMedic USA reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate transport for any individual engaging in conduct that threatens crew safety, aircraft operation, or compliance with FAA regulations.

8. Website & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of AirMedic USA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AirMedic USA does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirMedic USA's liability for any claim arising from website use or services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal aviation or healthcare law applies. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
